The grand concert body style has been extremelly well recieved by fingerstyle and flat pickers alike.  The 4 7/8″ body depth gives this instrument a strong voice that makes it want to sing.

The Bocote (Central American Rosewood) back and sides paired with a beautiful sitka spruce top is bound with curly maple and a simple black/white/black purfling.

Flamed Koa Back and Sides, Bearclaw Sitka Spruce Top, Ebony Binding, Thin maple side purfling, Abalam Purling and Abalone Rosette.
Koa Front

Ebony Fingerboard is bound with ebony with fine maple purfing.
Ebony headstock is bound with ebony.

Koa Back

Purfling is maple, black fiber and abalam. Ebony buttoned Waverly Tuners add a vintage look.

“A”style mandolin with ebony binding

This sweet “A”(artist) style mandolin is constructed of slip matched curly maple and red spruce bound in ebony with MOP inlay in the ebony headstock. The 12 inch radius fingerboard and bridge are also made of ebony.
